STEAM BATH
- A wet sauna with relative humidity of more than 80%.
- The temperature is lower than in a Finnish sauna and ranges between 40 and 45°C.
- Due to the extremely high humidity and the presence of aromatic essential oils, the steam bath has the most beneficial effect on the respiratory system. Circulation is accelerated, which has a relaxing effect on the muscles.
The steam in the room opens the pores and helps the skin to cleanse.
