INFRARED SAUNA
- The air temperature ranges between 40°C and 60°C. It speeds up blood circulation, increases body temperature and causes perspiration. Infrared sauna is recommended for people who are sensitive to high temperatures.
- The infrared rays penetrate up to 4 cm under the skin, and sweating is already more intense at lower temperatures.
- A shower with lukewarm water is recommended on exiting.
You can stay in the sauna for 20 to 40 minutes and not less than 15 minutes.
