SUPPLEMENTS AND OTHER CONDITIONS
- tourist tax per night: € 2.00 per adult, € 1.00 per child between 7 and 18 years of age
- mandatory one-time surcharge for final cleaning: € 60.00 for apartment rental and € 30.00 for studio rental
- children sleeping on a pull-out sofa in a superior room with half board and ski pass included:
- children up to 6 years of age: free of charge
- children from 6 to 15 years of age: €160.00 per package price
- children, teenagers, or adults sleeping on a sofa bed in an apartment with half board and ski pass included:
- up to 6 years of age: free of charge
- from 6 to 15 years of age: €160.00 per package price
- from 15 to 24 years of age: €250.00 per package price

- extension of the validity of a multi-day ski pass for an additional day (must be agreed upon before the ski pass is issued):

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
1. Reservations:
The reservation will be finally confirmed by us after receiving a deposit of 50% of the service value to our TRR account or after successfully debiting your credit card.
In case of payment of a deposit, it shall be transferred to the transaction account of DOM TRADE d.o.o., Žabnica 68, SI-4209 Žabnica, which is opened at GORENJSKA BANKA d.d., Kranj, IBAN SI56 0700 0000 3440 971, SWIFT: GORESI2X. If you're paying the deposit with a credit card, you need to make the reservation through the reservation app on our website www.hotel-triangel.com.
If you cancel or don't show up, we'll charge your credit card the amount specified in point 2 of these terms and conditions.
2. Cancellation policy:
If a guest cancels a confirmed reservation, does not check in on the agreed date, or leaves early, the following cancellation policy applies:
- cancellation up to 15 days prior to arrival …………………...... no cancellation fee
- cancellation 14 to 7 days prior to arrival ................. 50% of the total value of the room/apartment reservation
- cancellation 6 days or less prior to arrival .................. 80% of the total value of the room/apartment reservation
- no-show on the agreed date (no show) ……………… 100% of the value of the room/apartment reservation
Special offers and packages are subject to the terms and conditions published for each individual offer.
You can avoid cancellation fees by taking out cancellation insurance with a travel insurance provider in good time.
3. Payment methods:
Cash, debit cards (Maestro), credit cards (Mastercard/Eurocard, Visa, Dinners), transfer to our transaction account before checking out of the hotel.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- All reservations are possible upon request or depending on availability within the time period specified in the special offer.
- DOM TRADE d.o.o. is not responsible for the non-operation or reduced operation of ski lifts owned by other providers as a result of competitions and other events, lack of snow, bad weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. The aforementioned circumstances do not constitute grounds for a refund, discount, or extension of the ticket's validity.
- Season ski passes must be used on consecutive days.
- A cot is available upon prior arrangement and at an additional cost in all room types, subject to availability.
- An extra bed on a pull-out sofa is available upon prior arrangement and at an additional cost in superior rooms and apartments. A superior room is suitable for two children up to the age of 14 or one child between the ages of 14 and 18. In apartments, two children up to the age of 18 or one adult can sleep on the pull-out sofa at the same time.
- If a cot is set up or a sofa is prepared as an extra bed, the living space of the room is reduced accordingly, which affects movement and comfort.
- All prices include VAT.
