Easter indulgence

1. Reservations:
The reservation will be confirmed from our side after the receipt of 30% deposit on our bank account or after the successfull debitment of the valid credit card.  

In case of the payment of the deposit it has to be transferred on the foreign bank account of the company DOM TRADE d.o.o., Žabnica 68, SI-4209 Žabnica, opened at GORENJSKA BANKA d.d., Kranj, IBAN  SI56 0700 0000 3440 971, SWIFT: GORESI2X. In case the deposit is paid with a valid credit card the reservation must be made through the reservation application on our website www.hotel-triangel.com. 

In case of the cancellation or no-show we will debit the credit card fort he amount which is indicated in the 2nd point of these conditions. 

2. Cancellation conditions:
When the guest cancelles already confirmed reservation, doesn´t show up on agreed day in the hotel or leaves the hotel earlier the following cancellation conditions will be applied:

• cancellation up to 15 days before arrival   …………………............   no cancellation costs 
• cancellation from 14 to 7 days before arrival   ........................    30 % of the total value will be charged
• cancellation 6 days or less before the arrival   ........................    50% of the total value will be charged

You can avoid the cancellation costs with timely conclusion of the  cancellation risk insurance at one of the insurance companies in your country. In this case you might need the confirmation from our side.

3. Payment means:
Cash, debit (Maestro) or credit cards (Mastercard/Eurocard, Visa, Dinners), transfer of the funds on our bank account before checking out from the hotel.
