IT IS GOOD TO KNOW

You can enjoy the selected delicacies that chef Jon Zupan has included in the tasting menu every day between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m

Please note that the latest time to start the 7-course tasting menu is at 7 p.m., the 5-course menu at 7:30 p.m. and 4-course tasting menu at 8 p.m..

We kindly ask you to arrive at the restaurant at least 15 minutes earlier so that our waiters can seat you and forward your order to the kitchen in a timely manner.

We also adapt the menu to vegetarians.

We are equally happy to prepare a vegan tasting menu, but for a 5 or 7-course menu, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Otherwise, we can only provide a 3 or 4-course vegan tasting menu. There is a 20% surcharge for all types of vegan tasting menus. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
