Spring Restaurant Week

In March, the traditional Restaurant Week returns to Restaurant Triangel, promoting top-quality Slovenian cuisine with affordable menus. From 20 to 29 March, you can reserve a table at our restaurant from Friday to Sunday at 1 p.m., 4 p.m., or 7 p.m., and from Monday to Thursday at 4 p.m. or 7 p.m. We look forward to seeing you!

Chef Jon Zupan and his culinary team have prepared a three-course tasting menu for you, and it would be a sin not to top it off with dessert.


"SPRING WELCOMING"


AMUSE-BOUCH

Cottage cheese, smoked trout, chives

COLD STARTER

Waldorf salad with roasted hazelnuts, celery, and apples,  

smoked mayonnaise, and rowan

SOUP

Smoked sweet potato cream soup,

fennel and dill foam, quinoa popcorn

MAIN COURSE

Shredded beef roulade in bread crust, cheese dumplings,

black walnuts, porcini mushrooms, coleslaw, horseradish

OR

Red trout fillet, »pljukanci« pasta,

squids, sofrito, olives, cauliflower


+ DESSERT "FAREWELL TO WINTER" to put the icing to the cake 

caramelized peanuts, caramel chocolate foam, caramel sauce and coffee or a glass of selected wine 



The price of the menu without dessert is 28,00 € per person.

We recommend accompanying your meal with three glasses of wine from selected Slovenian winemakers, chosen by our sommeliers, or three glasses of non-alcoholic pairing at a price of 18,00 €.

The dessert and a glass of selected wine or coffee are available at an additional cost of 9,00 € per person.

What about vegetarians? When booking a table, please indicate your choice and we will be happy to adapt the menu to your wishes.
