WARM-COLD STARTER
Fried polenta Trdinka, curd cheese, figs, chokeberries, walnuts, lovage, balsamic vinegar
MAIN COURSE
Duck breast, orzo, parsnip, pear, orange, radicchio, hazelnuts, duck jus, juniper
OR
Roasted topinambur, buckwheat porridge, hazelnut cream, porcini, aged cheese, pumpkin, sour cream, pickled onion
+ DESSERT "FAREWELL TO SUMMER" to put the icing to the cake
Butternut pumpkin, passion fruit, white chocolate, tarragon
The price of the menu without dessert is 32,00 € per person.
We recommend accompanying your meal with three glasses of wine from selected Slovenian winemakers, chosen by our sommeliers, or three glasses of non-alcoholic pairing at a price of 18,00 €.
The dessert and a glass of selected wine or coffee are available at an additional cost of 9,00 € per person.
What about vegetarians? When booking a table, please indicate your choice and we will be happy to adapt the menu to your wishes.
